When I was learning how to sprint (300m intervals) I used Moov and it was amazing. Also tracks cadence and does the voice over coaching. I also highly recommend using something that will assist you with cadence to prevent injury. Not a watch, but I still like the moov now. It's clearly not being developed anymore but is a bargain now, assuming the app continues to work when the company inevitably goes away.
