Not saying it works for everyone, but the system I have worked out for myself is strength training 3-5 days/week during my lunch break at work. I have an hour lunch, so I can usually work in about 30 min of exercise, and I eat at my desk after. I use fitbod to generate workouts for me. It's not perfect, but I can easily change the workout based on what I'm feeling. It also keeps track of your workouts and can post... Source: 11 months ago
I've started using a new fitness app, Fitbod (https://fitbod.me/). I've only logged a couple workouts so far but am a pretty big fan of the app right away. My favorite thing is that I can set up multiple "gyms" in the app and define what each equipment has in it (my crappy station gym vs my decent home gym vs the local commercial gym I go to) and have it auto-generate workouts for me. I have an app called Max Workout, and I researched the best kind of meditation to prevent cravings. I came up with what I call the Cravings Buster Meditation. As somebody subject to cravings, I thought a cravings buster feature would make a good addition to the app, so I added it. That's the great thing about being a programmer with your own app. I can find solutions to important problems and share them with others. Source: 11 months ago
