Questions and Answers

As answered by people managing Fit Senpai and The Guardian.

What's the story behind your product?

Fit Senpai's answer

As a founder, work-life balance is super important to me, as is staying fit. I've been an active gym-goer since 2019, but the pandemic came and I gained everything back and more.

This year I decided to get back into shape and focus on strength training. I set clear goals and consulted friends (who are fitness coaches) until I felt confident enough to work out on my own.

I used to have a personal fitness coach and subscribe to weekly meal plans, which were great (but pricey). This kept me wondering if I could achieve similar results on my own—and save some money. This led me to experiment with ChatGPT.

I soon realized there was a gap in the market for a new kind of fitness app, which inspired me to build Fit Senpai.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Fit Senpai's answer

Our clientele ranges from individual fitness enthusiasts to potentially corporate clients who wish to incorporate Fit Senpai into their wellness programs. However, customer confidentiality is key, and we ensure that all client data, especially the identities of our biggest customers, is kept private.

What makes your product unique?

Fit Senpai's answer

Fit Senpai stands out because it provides personalized workout and meal plans tailored to individual goals and preferences, which can adapt over time as users progress. The integration of a grocery list feature makes it more than just a fitness app—it's a comprehensive lifestyle tool.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Fit Senpai's answer

Someone should choose Fit Senpai if they're looking for an app that offers more than generic workout routines—an app that truly understands and adapts to their unique fitness journey, offering flexibility, personalization–and easy UI.

How would you describe your primary audience?

Fit Senpai's primary audience includes gym-goers and fitness enthusiasts who value independence and are looking for a cost-effective way to receive tailored fitness guidance without the need for personal trainers or expensive meal planning services.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Fit Senpai's answer
