There's lots of great tools for saving websites, but FireShot is what I usually use. A lot of the time you can print a website as a PDF and it'll look decent, but FireShot let's you save whatever portion of a website you want as an HD image or PDF, which will look identical to the original and have working links and stuff (if it's PDF).
