  • Looking for an app to track my finances that can automatically connect with my banking accounts. Any tips?
Firefly is open source and free: https://firefly-iii.org. Source: over 2 years ago
  • YNAB is Costly and Mint gives your data away.. Any alternatives that allow me to upload transactions (don't need sync), and auto categorize my transactions?
I also use Firefly (https://firefly-iii.org). If you're comfortable self-hosting, it's a nice option. There are importer tools for things like YNAB or CSV files from your bank. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Budgeting Software for multiple currencies?
I use Firefly III but it's self-hosted. It does support multiple currencies though. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Cheaper YNAB alternative?
If you're tech savvy, I would recommend locally hosted Firefly III with parsers of PDF bank statements (it's Canada, most banks can't even properly export CSV with all transactions...) Https://firefly-iii.org/. Source: almost 3 years ago
  • Ideas - no promises. What service do you wish was hosted on alltheviruses.com? Wanting to give back to the community, and couldn't help but buy a funny domain.
A https://firefly-iii.org self-budget instance treated like an ARG where community members post fictitious monetary tasks for wins and losses. Each account would be a player and after x amount of time, whoever has the highest amount of money in their account wins. Tasks can be posted on some kind of self-hosted Kanban board (haven’t tried any yet) or on a Wiki page. Source: almost 3 years ago

  • Former Coinbase CTO Places $2 Million Bet That Bitcoin Will reach $1 Million dollars In 90 Days, June 17th. Any takers?
He could be the new big short but don't forget his overpriced miner and earn.com, both failed projects. Source: about 1 year ago
  • coinbase seeking resolution since 2.5 years
10 days ago I saw an email dated earlier this year regarding my earn.com balance but this mail went into a spam folder unfortunately. After seeing this I immediately followed the steps and created another support ticket Case# 13895008 to which also there was no reply since 10 days. I have raised Case# 13954719 but to no avail. I finally came across the coinbase page on reddit. Source: over 1 year ago
  • NFTs and Their Relation to Crypto Market.
NFTs are gaining a lot of traction in the crypto world. They are a way to solve problems that exist in the current crypto market. NFTs solve many problems that exist in the current crypto world. Chris Kline coined the term “NFT” and he is currently the Head of Art at http://Earn.com. Rachel Metz first used the term in her article “An App Made New Collectibles.” Many apps and games have already begun to introduce... Source: over 1 year ago
  • Did anyone else just get earn.com credit?
Earn.com was bought or somehow acquired by Coinbase. It was a website where companies could pay you in bitcoin for your opinion, now it is known as Coinbase Earn where you earn crypto for learning about them. I guess some internal deadline expired where you could claim your earn.com balance and now it just did it automatically, where previously it happened when you started using Coinbase Earn. • earn.com credit?
I received an email that looks like it's from coinbase saying that coinbase acquired earn.com and I have a balance of xxx amount of satoshis. And it is saying to create a coinbase account and the credit will appear in my account in 48 hours. But I already have a coinbase account and I never recieved any credit in my account ???
