You should see your Debit Card from your Portfolio Page on the Web Client for Coinbase in the upper right hand corner of the page. Similarly, if you start at coinbase.com/card on a web browser you should be able to select Portfolio and see all your assets. If you don't - it would lend credence to something being amiss in linking your card and your Coinbase account together - I think that's where you need to start... Source: almost 3 years ago
