Download and install the File Converter, right-click on an image file such as jpg, png, etc. And hover over "File Converter" which should be above "Open with," go to "Configure presets," go to webp, set the quality to something reasonable like 90 (you can even go lower), save. Free Music Archive has royalty free Creative Commons music. Tons of it, though you have to check the licenses carefully. A lot of them are for non-commercial projects only, so if you ever plan to sell an ad or otherwise make money on your show, don't use those.
