  Download and install the File Converter, right-click on an image file such as jpg, png, etc. And hover over "File Converter" which should be above "Open with," go to "Configure presets," go to webp, set the quality to something reasonable like 90 (you can even go lower), save.   I’ve never actually tried this to play back on a stand alone Entertainment Center BR player, but I’ve found http://anyburn.com/ is a decent free authoring program. • Windows 11 Install without Microsoft Apps?

  Replace the file in the sources folder on your original install media. If it’s a usb stick just overwrite the file. If it’s an iso you can use a program such as AnyBurn https://anyburn.com to edit the ISO and replace the file. This will keep the ISO bootable. Source: about 2 years ago
