• [TASK] animate an SVG rendering to GIF

  I have 2 SVG files that I want animated and turned into a GIF, the site https://svgartista.net/ doesn't allow exporting as SVG. It's a shame because this is doing exactly what I need. I tried svgator but that could not open up my SVG files on that site, which is annoying. • I came across this video on instagram and out of curiosity I wanted to ask the community, what language can I use to code the animations? This seems more than bare css code. Or are the animations imported some how? I’m new to web dev
