Blogtrottr might be a bit more popular than FetchRSS. We know about 24 links to it since March 2021 and only 21 links to FetchRSS. Enter your URL into the RSS generator. I used FetchRSS to create my RSS URL as it is free to use. Another alternative would be rss.app. - Source: dev.to / 11 months ago
If the reading list is public (doesn't work for private lists) you can use an RSS Feed generator like FetchRSS to generate an RSS feed, but you have to subscribe to FetchRSS. Source: 12 months ago
I've been using https://fetchrss.com/ and have found it quite user-friendly. Source: about 1 year ago
Yeah, that's what fetchrss.com is, it's a scraper, but the page layout on 247sports.com doesn't lend itself well to scrapping. Do you have any favorite scrapping tools to suggest I try? Source: over 1 year ago
👍 I'd like to include them too, but they're "stingy" with their feed...they don't provide an RSS feed. I've also tried building my own using https://fetchrss.com, but the way their site is built, the parser was having trouble. Source: over 1 year ago
There is also https://blogtrottr.com/ which has a free plan with ads. It seems to update hourly on the free plan. (I used this service for years before creating my own, I can highly recommend it). Source: 12 months ago
There are other services available as well. The keyword you are looking for is rss-to-email. I used to use https://blogtrottr.com/ for years before making my own and they have an ad-supported free tier if you prefer that. Source: about 1 year ago
I use RSS-to-Email then read them in my mail clients. Most things get routed to a few folders without notifications that I open when I want news. I'm using my own RSS-to-Email service https://feedmail.org but I've also used https://blogtrottr.com/ in the past. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
And you can get realtime RSS→email at https://blogtrottr.com/ for free (ads in emails). Or use some other RSS app. Source: over 1 year ago
I use my own RSS-to-Email service https://feedmail.org/. I've written about my setup and why I prefer RSS-to-Email on my blog nearly a decade ago https://kevincox.ca/2013/06/27/email-as-rss-reader/. I used to use https://blogtrottr.com which I do still think is a good product, they just didn't quite fit my needs so after about 8 years I ended up creating my own. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
