If you don’t mind paying, it may be worth taking a look at other options like Commento or FastComments. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be anything on the market that lets you heavily customise the design to suit your needs. I made this post a few months ago regarding how the extension was just disabled on a site I had accessed. I checked trusted sites, and there was nothing there. Today, I went onto a site called doodle, I'm sure many of you have used it or heard of it, and the same thing happened. Ublockorigin was disabled. Again, this site is not present in my trusted sites.
