I’m looking at options for sharing photos with family and close friends that’s not social media as my husband and I would like to limit the amount of exposure of our soon-to-arrive baby. Neither of us have social media besides Reddit to begin with. However, with our families scattered all over the place, we were finding text chains were getting unwieldy. We use FamilyAlbum now and couldn't be happier with it. Very private, easy to use for the grandparents, and they make adorable highlight reel movies. Hey, maybe not with MIL, but if there are people you trust not to be garbage and want to share photos with, this is what we use. It’s invitation only, and you can revoke access at any time. If you want something more specific for client proofing, Picflow is AWESOME for this. It allows clients to draw and comment on photos to more specifically show you want they want fixed. IMO this probably better for commercial clients - I wouldn't want to make my wedding clients do all that extra work. Source: 11 months ago
