i hate facebook in its entirety so much and will continue to refuse to use it, I hate it even moreso now because it has taken the traffic away from craigslist and im trying to get into selling diy products on there. I hope with all of my being that I can find a way to start up a local, natural makeup/sewing business WITHOUT having to use ANY sort of facebook or google products... I want to make it as local as I can and I am having the roghest time.

It depends on what neighborhood. If you're just going off of walkscore.com, etc, even though the city itself only gets a 56, many neighborhood are in the mid-high 80s. (East hills, Eastown, Midtown, etc). Source: 11 months ago
