Your statement about the script being slow is totally false. You think that you've been cheated and you try to find every fault with our script but what you say is not true because we've built a number of massive projects with thousands of listings and concurrent users and they work fine. We're not sure you set up your server correctly. For your information, Wordpress users switch to our script because we offer a specialized classifieds script that cannot work slower than Wordpress. Despite your discontent with our service you sent us a request for a customization; we're ready to bury the hachet and continue to build your project. This time, we are going to review and quote your last customization more carefully, and we won't get to it until we clarify every point in your spec.
It is not true because we have a number of customers, who run a few licenses, and they keep getting ones as their projects thrive. The majority of companies offering intangible products offer the same refund policy.
