Sounds very familiar. Was a solo dev for at least 2 years before being able to form a team around my product. One nit, one confirm: - I don't agree with the guiltiness on zero days. Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching...
