And for top 10 carfax.eu competitors: https://www.similarweb.com/website/carfax.eu/competitors/ and I just noticed autoraport.pl Ask around, as I have never used any of these services for a long time.   In LT, almost every US car imported as used have been in some kind of disaster. You can use sites such as carfax.eu or carfax.com to check identification numbers which will tell you the same info, but you must pay for it, so you must really be checking a few cars to make it economical.
