Is there a reason people do not recommend Exploratory Desktop compared to something like Tableau? Other than something like scribblenauts or fruit ninja, don't know much about gestures in games directly, but have been working with the Gesture Recognition Toolkit lately for a hack, it's been a nice framework to tackle some of the thorny gesture rec problems (assuming you don't get it from your OS a la iOS).
