Whatever safe bed you can find at this point. You've left it too late to be picky and it's looking like it's going to be the start of the the busiest, boomiest tourist season here in Italy ever. Expect to have to stay very, very, very far from city centers and transit connections or to pay $400+/night on a place. You can always buy from Ticketmaster, but you can also try one of the secondary marketplaces that have officially partnered with the NFL.
