Whatever safe bed you can find at this point. You've left it too late to be picky and it's looking like it's going to be the start of the the busiest, boomiest tourist season here in Italy ever. Expect to have to stay very, very, very far from city centers and transit connections or to pay $400+/night on a place. NO! NO! NO! To nomad. The Verizon jetpack SUCKS. But it gets the job done. The base plan is only 10gb of high speed data then your throttled to 600kbps which is literally not usable. Look into netbuddy.co 75 a month but you do have to purchase a router. I currently use them and works 9 times out of 10.
