Funny. I came to the opposite conclusion. I kept https://everytimezone.com/ after trying parent and a few others in the thread. For eyeball time picks to drive min inconvenience for a group, every tz (after customizing for my tz of choice) was just easier. I essentially want to use a Combo of OCR + NER to attempt to identify this, but I'm not sure NER is well suited for this, as it is not natural language, so there is little context to go off of.
