Estimating Link software is designed specifically for heavy civil construction estimating and bidding. This easy-to-use program helps you centralize your data, increase your speed & accuracy, and increase profit margins.
Estimating Link allows users to create and re-use task data from previous jobs and scale tasks to the appropriate amount of work being done. The solution features subcontractor/material and rate table comparisons as well as a fuel worksheet that automatically recalculates the appropriate resources. It also offers the ability to move revenue sources in order to take advantage of quantity overruns or underruns. Users can check their bids for possible errors and the program will report potential pitfalls and oversights.
Estimating Link integrates with DOT electronic bidding systems and can export data directly into accounting and project management systems. Multi-user capabilities enable multiple estimators to edit the same project simultaneously.
Our award winning customer support goes beyond our intuitive software interface and is always included. Whether you’re taking our software for a test drive with our Free Trial, or you’ve been with us for decades, help is there when you need it.

Started in 1986, The Construction Link was one of the first to create estimating software for heavy construction companies. Our estimating system was initially created by The Construction Link’s founder, Lance R. Ward, for his use in estimating and bidding construction jobs. Since then, we have remained a powerful force in the heavy construction estimating market and have been leaders in providing innovative new tools to help our customers win more bids and increase profit.
We are proud to provide an integrated construction software solution that includes estimating & bidding, electronic timesheets, project tracking, and billing tracking. Put more simply: Bid it, Track it, and Get Paid for it. Each platform seamlessly integrates into one another.
Since our estimating software was originally designed by a contractor, our construction software is made to act the way a contractor thinks. We're proud when we hear our customers tell us how user-friendly, powerful, and adaptive our software is. With over 36 years in the industry, our software has been enhanced through continuous customer feedback.
