EssayTyper VS have i been pwned?

Hi there, I'm slightly confused of how to use essay typer (essaytyper.com) correctly. It doesn't seem to make much logical sense at all. When you type in your topic that exceeds 1 word it says that the website is experiencing some difficulties. But then once you type in a keyword itself everything works but it's crap!
