iSpring QuizMaker is an application for creating quizzes and tests that allows you to choose from a variety of questions types, add multimedia to questions and answers, provide students with feedback upon their answer choice, allow multiple attempts, limit test time, assign custom points and penalties, and even more. There are 14 question types for accurate knowledge assessment. You can brand your quizzes with colors and style, experiment with layouts, add texts and visuals. You can also publish your tests directly on the Internet as an HTML5 file, or save it on your computer as an executable file and upload it to your LMS. iSpring QuizMaker is paid, but you can enjoy full functionality during the 14-day free trial.

You just need to look through them all and see if their requirements match your qualifications and experience. Remember though that their requirements are often what they desire, and not what they will accept.
