  You can find jobs like this on eslcafe.com, TEFL.com, and even Google jobs. I would say, these PYP jobs are on their last legs and are being phased out by the government. Remember though that their requirements are often what they desire, and not what they will accept.   My recommendation is to sign up for codecademy.com and create an account to learn SQL over there. Also use sqlbolt.com because both of these websites provide detailed interactive SQL tutorials that should help you write it.
