Use a reputable escrow service such as escrow.com. They send the money, it's held by the third party service until they receive the info then once received the money is released to you. After a little bit of research I found that it’s also for sale on a website called https://afternic.com for $7750. Every other registrar I checked said that it was unavailable. It looks like it’s owned by a group called HebeiDomains, which look to be pretty inactive, their website (http://hebeidomains.com) being completely empty. Pretty funny too, they’re apparently breaching of their registrar agreement with... Source: over 2 years ago
