Most of the time I was completely satisfied with the scope of information, and if there is lack of info they give you a free report. Now I switched to their Unlimited Auction Package (something like that). It works fine with Copart auction, and a pretty good deal. i hate facebook in its entirety so much and will continue to refuse to use it, I hate it even moreso now because it has taken the traffic away from craigslist and im trying to get into selling diy products on there.
