ePic Character Generator is an excellent tool for anyone who wants to create realistic character avatars in no time. I have heard of e-pic character creator: https://overheadgames.com/epic-character-generator/ I've not tried it myself but you have limited options so might be your only other choice. I get nearly all of the models I use on Sketchfab. There are a ton of institutions like museums and colleges that are scanning and uploading chunks of their collections and you can find a ton of incredible stuff that's available to download.
