Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching... If you’re putting this together from scratch, I’d start with just a notion doc or something you can put up today and easily edit. If you’re able to put more time into it later, take inspiration from sites like https://blackswho.design or https://womenwho.design that signal boost members of an identity group.
