Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching... Well lets just say, that creating an application that can be put into the market and would generate some revenue, not talking about millions here but just something that a small amount of clients would be after.
