  Have you heard of Elpha? It's an online community for women in tech and also has a job board. I especially love that you can filter companies by things like %women in leadership roles, remote, flexible work schedule, lactation room in the office (!), US visa support, stated compensation philosophy, 401k matching...   I don’t know if this is any help, but there is a site called flexjobs dot com. (Not affiliated, just sharing information). They specialize in remote/telecommuting/ flexible schedule positions. It’s all on the up and up, it’s a real company, and the jobs posted are real jobs, not scams. That might offer you the right kind of work environment, where you’re not onsite dealing with obnoxious people in your workspace. Source: 12 months ago
