I'm a long-time Ello member (@dickiesaul). Lately I notice many of my posts indicate a comment has been made, but I don't see any either with the post or on the notifications list. The ello.co site isn't much help with support questions. Anyone else seeing this? Source: almost 2 years ago
I'm talking about this platform. I heard about them a few years back when they started, but I think you needed an invite to be part of them. Now it seems you can make an account and share your work without invite. Source: almost 2 years ago
Many have suggested sites that are art focused. Let me add ello.co which I think woudl be a good fit for you. It is social media with an intense art focus. Full disclosure, while I love the concept I haven't been able to get myself to use it much. It feels disjointed to me. Source: about 3 years ago

Apparently there are some stations which still have ticket gates, but I haven't seen any in the rather short time I've been in the Netherlands - they seem to be concentrated in metropolitan areas[1], and I've only been in the somewhat more rural[2] province of Limburg. As it happens, though, I have never actually used the OV-chipcard myself, as I always use an Interrail pass when travelling any further than... - Source: Hacker News / 8 days ago
Uh, depending on exactly how it's implemented, it could break a lot of things. If all you are using sudo on is a personal (i.e. Single user) laptop/desktop to install packages, this (along with other things like pkexec or doas) would seem to present no issues (and personally, from what I can see, I'd be happy to run `run0` on my personal systems!), but sudo does significantly more than that,... - Source: Hacker News / 6 days ago
