During the 2021-2022 winter french npp worked pretty much as usual, then both unplanned and regular maintenance requirement hit during spring, summer, and fall 2022. But for this winter 2022-2023 we are currently fine, we're exporting 10GW right now. If memory serves, in order for Tesla to help fund the installing of Tesla chargers you have to be willing to have the chargers listed on the "findus" section of their site, so if the chargers aren't going to be offered to the public, then I wouldn't go that route. Source: about 2 years ago
