Side note: There are free online fax services. The document is uploaded from your computer and faxed to the appropriate number. Scan the docs (if not already on the computer) with your phone. Copy the whole document, and insert it into TED Notepad - now it's only a question of a few keystrokes before you have extracted all words and made an alphabetized list showing the number of times each word appear. (word frequency) This is also a great way to catch alternate spellings which your spell-checker might not flag.
