If they want kids to do something during what is effectively a 2 hour detention, used a bunch of age appropriate reading materials/videos, accompanying worksheets, and perhaps a short essay. If you want to digitize it, make a self-guided Edpuzzle. Source: about 2 years ago
I 100% feel this on an ethereal level. My school recently went from Google Classroom to Infinite Campus. It may just be me, but I cannot adjust to the number of clicks I need to make to do the same stuff I was doing before. Maybe I'm just used to GC... For some positives, I really have found a couple I like that seem to be pretty popular. For videos I've been liking EdPuzzle. Not the most engaging but better... Source: about 2 years ago
