I do hope you get some good answers on this.... I don't understand why, but I'd just started using, I thought, https://freepodcasttranscription.com/ and while the first time I used it to transcribe, it was able to handle distinguishing voices pretty well, when I try to use it now, it doesn't seem to do that anymore.
