Can you please define what you mean by "Auto Role"? Carl.gg, dyno.gg, yagpdb.xyz, and more bots are good alternatives for automatically giving an user a role when they join, if that's what you're looking for. Source: about 1 year ago

So I haven’t personally tried this but you could see if scratch for discord works. It’s all block based so it should be more intuitive than a “real” programming language.
