As WebRTC API doesn't support remote control, I might be able to use external libraries instead, but I have experience with this technology :) Check out my remote desktop control project (I made it 10+ years ago, but still working), there is a Windows optimized version Pocket RDS and a cross platform (MAC-LINUX-WINDOWS) Pocket JRDS.
