Use this: https://danpla.github.io/dpscreenocr/ I set it on Ctrl+Q shortcut. It takes screenshot and transcribe text from the image. The text is automatically copied to clipboard for you. Yabai is a greedy window management solution that tries to fit opened applications in given space and skhd let's you easily jump between those using keyboard shortcuts.
