Yoga really has been a big help for me. Not a cure all but a great first step. There are endless you tubers you could watch (just find someone you vibe with) but my favorite way is downdogapp.com. You can use it on your phone or laptop and it is very customizable. I have the paid version but if I remember right the free version was excellent. On the web interface, your can nest your workouts into folder so that they're easy to track and organize. For example if you're on a PPL 6 week meso-cycle you can create every workout for the next 6 weeks on hevy.com . But once synced to the Apple Watch the folders just become a flat list which you have to scroll through to find the right workout. Would be nice if folder structure transferred to apple watch .
