Well yeah, I mean no one forces you to use Explorer for file management under Windows. I'm an old-time Norton Commander user, and when Windows came around I switched to Total Commander. There are open-source alternatives too, even cross-platform ones, like this one: https://doublecmd.sourceforge.io/. I'd really really really recommend against using Aptoide. Yes, I know they "promised" to get rid of the malware, but it's literally not in their interest to do so. I'd be very hesitant of installing anything from their sites - instead, use apkmirror.com which is run by a well respected member of the Android community (Artem Russakovskii, founder of Android Police), provides among other things, signature... I downloaded the latest YouTube v18.19.35 (supported by the latest ReVanced Manager) apkm from apkmirror.com and extracted the base.apk from it since split apks can't be patched. Source: 12 months ago
