    DocuWare Cloud was my answer in a manufacturing facility. https://start.docuware.com/docuware-cloud Editing, saving, access control, AD integration, web ui, forms, workflow, and esignature. For the paper that did come in (like receiving) I setup a scan to folder which DW monitored and then automagically uploaded to the cloud.
