   Simplicity and elegance

   It is very well built with simplicity in mind. There are several themes and all of them look amazing. I love the "typewriter" and "focus" mode. In contrast with other apps that focus the current window and remove all visibility options, Typora goes one step ahead and fades down all other paragraphs as well.

  Good idea. Instead of bookstack, I recommend something like Docsify The content is all in Markdown and can be managed in a git repo.   The tools to author it aren't that important, frankly. Ask your audience what they're most comfortable using and try to meet them there. If the stakeholders are technical, you have more options. If they aren't, I hope you like Google Docs or Word, because if you give them anything other than that or a PDF, they'll probably complain. I organized my life into domains, and got okay at using grep to replace it. My saving grace that I would pay twice for is https://typora.io.
