I have been using Divi for more than a year now and I really love it. People at Elegant themes are constantly developing and upgrading the tools Divi have and as I searched, it is still less expensive than Webflow to get and host a website. Webflow is an amazing tool, but Wordpress still has a solid reputation.

They're all using Bootstrap, so they're probably made by hand using the same theme, but they could also have used some kind of WYSIWYG editor that supports Bootstrap, like Pinegrow or Pingendo. Source: almost 3 years ago
