There are lots of places where all you have to do is upload your music, and the website will distribute/release it across a ton of platforms (Youtube, Spotify, Amazon Music, Apple Music etc.) I've used a place called DistroKid to do it, but there are a few others out there that do the same kind of deal. Have you tried opening https://distrokid.com in a new tab or the iOS app? Or tried opening it on a computer instead of a phone? DistroKid’s website isn’t really set up very well for phone use when you need to set up your account or upload music. Source: 11 months ago
I’m checking with Dashon again today to see if he knows why the song isn’t on YouTube or Spotify yet, but it’s all up to https://distrokid.com/ at this point. Source: about 1 year ago
Then you can upload it using ( https://distrokid.com/ ). You can create mixes on youtube or Spotify and make some passive income. Source: about 1 year ago
I recommend looking into a service called Distrokid that serves as a publishing house for independent musicians/bands. For submitting to services like Spotify, they require a minimum image size of 3000x3000 (at least amuse.io requires this for submitting to Spotify, Apple, etc - not sure if this is a Spotify/Apple/Google requirement or if just something Amuse requires) whereas Wombo only exports 1920x1080. To get to that size, I open an image in photopea.com and then crop the photo that Wombo has generated to remove the frame they... Source: over 2 years ago
To be fair though, distributors are still worth it so long as you get a good value one, it makes it so easy to get your music on spotify, itunes, tiktok etc for no effort. I think amuse.io still does a free subscription too? And some other ones are pretty cheap too, like distrokid for 20 bucks a year, or beatchain for like 7 a month if you live month-to-month like me. Second I'd personally suggest to try out amuse.io, they do most of what you want in free tier and the rest is covered by yearly subscription (2 tiers - 25$ and 60$) for unlimited releases that stay there until you take them down (even on free tier). Source: over 2 years ago
