I spent 8 months on a bike. I sang outloud a lot. I think going through times of loneliness is good for personal development. Another thing that helped me was that my friends and family members were following my trip and would occasionally message me. It helped me to push past those "rough times." I used the wayward app which tracked me in real time and created a website link so people could see where I was at.... Source: over 1 year ago
