I use directdl.cc before. It is very stable. The transfer speed is acceptable. Users can transfer torrent files on the cloud and download them with IDM. of course; I use DirectDL.cc for streaming.

I don't think you need to be a holder of both. I put my mom on my Wells Fargo account and she sent to my account. There is also https://wise.com/us/ . This one I have used to send to someones account in Vietnam. It does have slightly higher fee. But it goes straight into their account.
