• Where can I download JavaFX 11 or 17, or how do I get 18 to work on IntelliJ?

  As an alternative you could use the full Liberica JDK which includes JavaFX. Versions 8, 11, 17, and 18 are available there. I personally kinda prefer this because JavaFX is integrated right into the full version package. Source: almost 2 years ago
