  Therapy jobs are great because you don't have to think about marketing and you get to focus on building your therapy skills. The downside is also that you don't have to think about marketing a practice. I would definitely recommend doing part time somewhere so you can focus on those therapy skills, but start dipping your toe in the water with marketing by reading some books or taking a low cost course.   Why not marketing? There are tons of digital marketing courses out there–Clickminded.com, digitalmarketer.com... And you can learn marketing in a month or two. Plus, most universities' curriculums are outdated, at least for something like marketing. Source: almost 3 years ago
