• Any way to extract hard burned on subs?

• Is there any software that can analyze a subtitled video and extract the subtitles as a .srt file?

  If they're open subs (i.e. Burned into the video) there are various programs out there that can do it, for example VideoSubFinder but quite a few out there. Just do a google for 'OCR hardcoded subs.'. Source: about 3 years ago
