To be fair, its not Mastodon, its the #Fediverse. Mastodon is arguably the least rich platfrom on the 'verse. IMHO Friendica is where its at, and you can still communicate with all the twitter refugees on Mastodon, as well as meater content on services likeDiaspora*, not to mention full integration with Lemmy (which works fairly similar to Reddit) while Masto you can see lemmy posts and replies without having to... I personally feel that most “Personal CRM” is kinda tarpit idea because the moment you are “managing” and nurturing it, it becomes professional/commercial. And that professional/commercial space is kinda saturated with too many good options. For instance, the free CRM tier of Hubspot[1] will do a good job. I'm in the space in that I co-founded a company called Connect The Dots (ctd.ai) that certainly has the potential to solve this problem, but we're not focused on the PRM space right now (see point above re: unwillingness to pay).
